As of SP1 of Sql Server 2005, the 'Select All' for parameter lists (drop downs) is gone. THis post explains why MSFT decided to remove it (and it is stupid) and then the suggest the hack found at this post.
[UPDATE] As of SP2, they put it back in...good grief. Now I have to remove the hacks...
