Update On Global Resources in Visual Studio 2005

I added the tool I mentioned at the end of this post and it seems to work great. Just change the CustomTool name on the .resx files to ResXFilePublicCodeGenerator and now my resource files are PUBLIC. No more InternalsVisibleTo hanky-panky.

Still, why isn't a feature like this already built into creating apps?
